These Terms of Service define the conditions governing all transactions, communications, and business relationships between Armenius LTD and its clients. By placing an order or engaging with Armenius LTD, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General

• Armenius LTD operates primarily with registered businesses, resellers, and corporate clients.
• All orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, and acceptance by Armenius LTD.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may vary based on order volume, agreed payment terms, or delivery requirements.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed via our website, email, or by phone/Viber/WhatsApp.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required in advance via bank transfer.
• Approved clients may receive credit terms of up to 14 days from the delivery date, subject to written agreement.

4. Delivery

• Deliveries are arranged by Armenius LTD and are typically scheduled twice per week.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on shipment weight and volume and are communicated before order confirmation.
• In-stock items are usually delivered within 1–4 working days. Special or non-stock items may require additional time.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• All returns require prior authorization from Armenius LTD and must include the original invoice.
• Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned products.

6. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and any applicable statutory warranty under Cyprus law.
• Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized alterations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Armenius LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use supplied products.
• Our total liability is limited strictly to the invoiced value of the products sold.

8. Data Protection

• All personal and business data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
• Client data is used solely for order processing, communication, and customer support purposes.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
